AIをセンサとして活用してみました！
今回はFA分野でのAI活用例をご紹介いたします。
弊社が開発したロボットを含めた検査装置で利用され、有効性は実証されました。

１.ワークの方向検出
キーポイント検出により対象物の位置だけでなく、角度等も検出可能

２.個数カウント
対象物の画像だけで判定可能で、AI従来のルールベース手法の様に
厳密な判定基準は不要です

In this issue, we would like to introduce an example of AI application in the field of factory automation.
The effectiveness of AI has been proven through its use in inspection equipment, including robots developed by our company.
Here are some examples.
1. Detection of workpiece direction
Key point detection enables detection of not only the position of the object but also its angle, etc.
2. Piece counting
Judgment can be made based on the image of the object alone, eliminating the need for strict judgment criteria as in conventional rule-based AI methods.
